Rockpool Investments has completed an investment into MomentumABM, a leading account-based marketing consultancy. MomentumABM is Rockpool’s second investment in 2020, having invested over £41m in 2019.

With offices in London and Seattle, MomentumABM is an account-based marketing (AMB) consultancy, providing advisory services that unite marketing and sales teams to grow key accounts.  MomentumABM works with blue chip and enterprise technology companies on B2B sales and marketing optimisation. Since inception in 2011, MomentumABM has worked on hundreds of complex sales cycles, advising on over 4,000 deals and securing over $90 billion in revenue for its clients globally. Major clients include Microsoft, Oracle and Amazon.

MomentumABM will continue to be led by CEO and Founder, Alisha Lyndon. Under Alisha’s leadership, the business has dominated the ABM services category and experienced rapid growth, both in the UK and US markets, tripling in size over the last 3 years. Rockpool’s investment is an indication of the company’s ambition to continue its growth, which will be spearheaded by its account-based marketing expertise.

Alisha Lyndon, CEO of MomentumABM said:

“MomentumABM has demonstrated exceptional success in driving revenue growth for key accounts. This investment is an important step in strengthening Momentum’s position as one of the big players in ABM. It will enable us to add to our capabilities and serve global clients from strategy to execution – helping clients solve their most important growth challenges and capitalising on market opportunity.”

Guy Ellis, Investment Director at Rockpool commented:

“We are excited to be working with Alisha and welcome the MomentumABM team to the Rockpool portfolio. MomentumABM is a global market-leader in the account-based marketing space and we look forward to supporting the team as they cement their leading position and continue to expand in the US.”

The Rockpool team included Guy Ellis, Tom Coey and Oliver Taylor.
