The Rockpool Network is designed for successful entrepreneurs and business people. As a Network Member, you make your own investment decisions to build a bespoke portfolio, investing in one or more units of £25,000 in the  investment opportunities that you select.

You will receive half-yearly investment reports on each individual company, so you always have up to date information on the progress of each investment.

For you to join the Rockpool Network, we must be able to confirm that you have sufficient investment experience to understand the risks associated with investing in a private company. Please read our Registration Pack alongside.

We welcome feedback from our Network Members – in fact this is often an invaluable extension of our own due diligence effort. There may also be occasional opportunities for Members to act as non-executive directors of  investee companies.

Membership costs £600 including VAT per annum, or a single payment of £1,250 for lifetime membership. Each member receives a complimentary Apple iPad with two years of paid-for 3G connectivity. The iPad is the ideal medium through which to view the comprehensive portfolio reporting which Rockpool provides.

The Enterprise Investment Scheme offers multiple tax benefits to improve your potential returns. Our EIS Portfolio Service helps you build a portfolio of qualifying investments with low costs and much more flexibility than a conventional fund route.

Depending on your level of experience and wealth, you can access our Self-select or Managed services.

You can choose exciting growth or capital preservation strategies, or combine both. You can tell us how diverse your portfolio should be. If you are an experienced investor, you can even select investments directly from our flow of opportunities to create a bespoke portfolio.

Our Inheritance Service is designed to save inheritance tax without you losing control of your wealth or spending money on complex solutions. If you have more than £325,000 to leave to your heirs, 40% of the rest could be lost to inheritance tax. The Inheritance Service takes advantage of Business Property Relief – a simple and long-established relief created by the UK Government.

We create a portfolio of shares in unquoted companies selected for their predictable financial performance, typically owning infrastructure assets or providing secured commercial loans. As with the EIS Service, depending on their level of experience and wealth, clients can invest on a Self-select or Managed basis.

You can help us grow the power of these connections by introducing your friends, business associates and clients. If you introduce a new Member to the Rockpool Network, you will receive 3% commission and a 15% share of Rockpool’s carried interest on all future investments by that Member. This does not affect the value of investments held by the people you introduce.

We will keep track of every introduction you make and keep you regularly updated on the value of your carried interest share.
